Efficiently manage print jobs by grouping them into plates.

Checklist:

  • Create Buckets and define a print jobs filter

  • Setting Plate Build Triggers

Detailed Instructions:

  • For accessing the bucketing hub, navigate to "Dispatch Production" => “Manage” => “Bucketing rules”.

  • Create Buckets and define a print jobs filter

    • Click "Create Bucketing Rule."

    • Define a single product model UID as the main filter for jobs

    • Filter jobs based on client name, product attributes (e.g., color type, format), or both.

  • Setting Plate Build Triggers

    • Threshold-Based Triggers:

      • Set thresholds for jobs or items (e.g., 100 cards).

    • Time-Based Triggers:

      • Schedule plate builds, it can be set exact time or a repetitive timeframe for plates upload (e.g., 3 times per week or day).

      • If the threshold is met before the scheduled time, the build is triggered early.
