The Express shipping method in Gelato Connect Logistics is designed for fast, time-sensitive deliveries. When you select the "express" tier for an order, our system automatically identifies and selects from shipping methods that we have pre-classified as express based on their delivery speed and reliability.
How Does It Work?
When the express tier is specified in an order:
Gelato Connect Logistics will search for all available shipping methods that are tagged as express in our system.
These methods are characterized by a 1–2 business day delivery SLA (Service Level Agreement).
In some countries, such as the United States, we also include certain Saturday delivery options under the express tier if their SLA still meets the 1–2 day window.
Once eligible express methods are identified, the system will automatically choose the cheapest available method that fulfills the express SLA.

The 1–2 day delivery timeframe refers to business working days, unless explicitly stated otherwise (e.g., Saturday delivery in the US).
You do not need to manually select a specific carrier or method—just set the tier to express, and we will handle the rest.
This ensures a balance between speed and cost-efficiency, making it ideal for urgent deliveries without overpaying for premium services unnecessarily.
