How Configuration Works
All configurations are maintained in Google Sheets with tags and naming conventions that interlink the data. The structure supports flexible management of:
Machines
Paper types
Product setups
Pricing models
Machine and Paper Setup (Google Sheets)
Paper Tab: Includes name, dimensions, weight, thickness, price, and tags
Process Tabs: One tab per machine, detailing make-ready times, press speeds, and tags
Match compatible machines and paper using tags like “digital” or “large format”
Product Setup (Google Sheets)
Categories Tab: Product groups and pricing models
Product Detail Tabs: Define production steps, formats, finishing, and pricing dependencies
Supporting Configurations
Control the options visible in estimate creation:
Paper Sizes
Page Numbers
Page Colors
Lamination and finishing
Packaging setup

Customer Configuration
Customers must be added via the Customer tab:
Enable Jobs and Estimations
Set currency, VAT, and contact preferences
New customers cannot be added directly during estimate creation
Pricing Rules Setup
Pricing logic can be managed in the UI:
Add, reorder, enable/disable pricing rules
Rules are applied top-down
Each rule includes:
Conditions (e.g., product, quantity, customer)
Actions (e.g., pricing table, set AV press hour)
PDF Template Configuration
You can upload a branded PDF template to use when generating customer quotes. Include your:
Logo
Footer text
Company information
