Reprocessing Failed Orders
Updated over 2 months ago

This guide explains how to use the new functionality for reprocessing orders that have failed due to various issues, such as invalid shipping addresses or product file errors.

Steps to Reprocess Failed Orders

  1. Filter for Failed Orders:

    • Go to the Orders section.

    • Use the "Fail type" filter to display only the orders that have failed. This filter will show all orders with issues, such as product file errors, invalid shipping addresses, or other problems.

  2. Identify the Cause of Failure:

    • Select an order from the list of failed orders.

    • The reason for failure will be displayed (e.g., "Invalid Shipping Address" - > The email is not valid email).

  3. Edit the Order Details:

    • Click Edit to modify the incorrect information.

    • For example, update the invalid email address to a valid one.

    • Confirm the changes. You will see a confirmation message indicating that the shipping address has been updated successfully.

  4. Reprocess the Order:

    • At the top of the page, use the Reprocess Order button to attempt processing the order again.

    • Upon successful reprocessing, the order status will change from Failed to Created.
