Navigating the Requests Page

This guide explains how to navigate and use the Requests Page within the Order Intake Workflow to efficiently manage all incoming system requests.


Accessing the Requests Page

  1. Go to the Order Intake Section:

    • Navigate to the Requests page under Order Intake.

    • The Requests Page displays all incoming system requests, including orders, failures, and other activities that the system is processing.


Using Filters for Navigation

To manage and find specific requests quickly, use the following filters:

  1. Keyword Filter:

    • Type a specific keyword (e.g., "API") in the filter field. This will display only the requests related to the keyword you entered.

  2. Customer Filter:

    • Filter requests by selecting a specific customer from the dropdown menu. This helps narrow down the list of requests associated with that customer.

  3. Status Filter:

    • Use this filter to sort requests by their current status (e.g., pending, completed, failed). This allows you to focus on requests that require attention based on their progress.


Managing Failed Requests

  1. Navigate to Analytics in Order Intake:

    • Go to the Analytics section within Order Intake to view metrics for requests, orders created, and errors.

  2. Handling Errors:

    • In the Errors section, the number of failed requests is displayed.

    • Click Solve to be redirected to the Requests Page with filters set to show only the failed requests. This allows you to quickly review and resolve any issues.
