This guide explains how to utilize the new functionality for accessing and managing package ID information directly from the Manage Orders page.
Accessing Package ID Information
Navigate to the Manage Orders Page:
Go to the Manage Orders section in your dashboard.
Filter by Package ID:
You can now filter orders directly by Package ID:
Enter the specific Package ID in the filter field.
The page will display only the orders related to that particular package ID.
View Package Details:
Click on any Package ID number listed on the page.
The Package ID is now clickable, and selecting it will open a pop-up window displaying all relevant packaging information for that ID.
