Storefronts Connect offers a convenient way to place new orders directly from the platform without requiring a connected storefront. This streamlined process allows Print Service Providers (PSPs) and their customers to quickly create orders using the PSP's predefined product catalog in GelatoConnect.

How to place a manual order
Step 1: Access the orders page
Log in to your GelatoConnect account on StorefrontsConnect.com.
Navigate to the Orders page in the left side navigation menu.
Step 2: Initiate a new Order
Locate and click the New Order button in the top right corner of the Orders page
The system will display the product catalog that has been defined by the PSP in GelatoConnect
Step 3: Select and customise the product
Browse through the available products and select the one you wish to order
Once selected, you'll be taken to the design editor where you can upload your own design files.
After finalising your design, click the Add to Order button in the top right corner of the design editor
Step 4: Add additional products (optional)
At this stage, you have the option to add more products to your order
To add additional items, simply repeat Step 3 for each product you wish to include
Step 5: Provide shipping information
Enter the complete shipping address for delivery
Select your preferred shipping method from the available options
Step 6: Review and submit
Carefully review all order details including:
Selected products and quantities
Designs
Shipping address and method
Once you've confirmed all information is correct, submit the order for production
