Production errors reported by Gelato customers will appear in your production errors module, located in your App under the Manager tab. You will see an overview and breakdown of your production errors displayed in the following format:

For each production error, you will be prompted to "Accept" or push back on the error by selecting "Not Our Error." Selecting “Accept” means that you acknowledge the error was caused during the production process; however, if you disagree that the error was caused in-house, select "Not Our Error" and the error will be pushed back to Gelato for review. If needed, you are able to provide multiple comments, multiple times.

Please ensure to review your production errors at least weekly. If there is no action taken, production errors will be automatically Accepted and calculated as part of your production errors metrics.
