If an order containing artwork issues is received, please refer to the following guidelines on how to action depending on the artwork type:
Blank: report the job via the red "Report Problem" button at the top right-hand corner on the Dispatch Overview page and await further guidance; most likely the order will be canceled
Blurry/pixelated/low-resolution artwork: proceed to produce and ship as is
Imposition issues: report the job via the red "Report Problem" button at the top right-hand corner on the Dispatch Overview page and await further guidance; do provide screenshots if available
White on white substrate/black on black substrate: proceed to produce and ship as is
Content/copyright issues: if you receive an order containing content that does not align with your values, please know that you may refuse to produce and ship it. Report the job via the rest "Report Problem" button at the top right-hand corner on the and select General Question > Order Related > Design/Artwork Issues and flag if the image is being rejected due to content or copyright. The order will then be cancelled or rerouted, and a block put in place to prevent future orders from being routed to you.
