Issues with Artwork

If an order containing artwork issues is received, please refer to the following guidelines on how to action depending on the artwork type:

Blurry/pixelated/low-resolution artwork: proceed to produce and ship as is

White on white substrate/black on black substrate: proceed to produce and ship as is

Blank:report the job via the red "Report Problem" on the Dispatch Overview page and await further guidance; most likely the order will be canceled

Imposition issues: report the job via the red "Report Problem" on the Dispatch Overview page and await further guidance

Content/copyright issues: if you receive an order containing content that does not align with your values, please know that you may refuse to produce and ship it. Head to Dispatch Overview > Report Print Jobs and select "Inappropriate/illegal content" as the reason for rejection and please add a comment detailing what specifically the reason for rejection is.
