The Main Menu
On the left-hand side of the interface, you’ll find the main menu bar. This menu is divided into three core modules:
Procurement
Logistics
Workflow
Each module gives you access to specific tools and features. For example:
Under Procurement, you can explore the Catalog.
In Logistics, you can review your Shipment Analytics.
The Workflow section allows you to manage orders, handle print jobs, add machines to your machine park, and configure production settings, including Configuration and Substrate Configuration.
The Control Panel
Back on the Control Panel—your main dashboard—you’ll see key performance settings for your facility. This page is customizable: simply click the button on the top right corner to add or remove widgets and tailor the view to your needs.
Meet Scoop, Your AI Assistant
Need help while navigating? Use Scoop, the built-in AI assistant. You can send a message and ask Scoop any questions or clarify doubts about the platform. It’s designed to provide helpful guidance and support in real time.
Support Options
If Scoop can’t resolve your issue, click the Support button in the top right corner of the screen. From there, you can:
Browse the Help Center to explore self-serve articles.
Report a specific issue, such as a problem with an order or shipment. The support team will promptly assist you.
Take your time to navigate through each module and explore the available features. Gelato Connect is designed to give you full visibility and control over your operations—from procurement to logistics and production.
