[Gelato Create] What do I do if the package gets returned to the sender?

If you receive a return from the shipping provider, please let us know.

You can contact us at [email protected] or via the Report Problem button (if you are able to identify the package ID).

In most cases, we would advise you to dispose of the package, but we greatly appreciate a notification from you about the return so we can check if a high-value order was affected.
