[GelatoCreate] What do I do if I want to change my pickup times?

If you'd like to change the time of a pickup, please email the Partner Support Team at [email protected] with the following information:

  • Carrier

  • Current pickup time

  • New, preferred pickup time

  • Reason for change request

The team will then coordinate with the Logistics Team to help make the change, or we will reach out if we need more information.
