Keeping your calendar updated with all non-working days is essential to prevent delays, backlogs, and the resulting decrease in volume sent to you; please ensure they are up to date for at least the next 6 months. Non-working days signify days that your team will not be working so you will not receive any files on that day; file upload will resume the next working day. However, if you would like to still receive files and are confident that you can produce them within the SLA, you can request a non-working day with file upload.
You can update non-working days via the Work Schedule tool on the Gelato Partner App following the steps below:
Access https://network.gelato.com/work-schedule and under the Configuration tab select "Work Schedule"
On the top right corner click on "Create Request"
Select the date, add the reason for that request, and click "Confirm" Your request will be sent to Gelato for approval and its status will be displayed at the bottom of your App's page
