Ready to Take Control of Your Print Network?

Getting access to Gelato HQ is straightforward - we just need a few details to set up your command center.

What You Need to Get Started

Step 1: Gather Your Information - Have these details ready:

  • Your company name

  • Admin user's full name and email (this person will have master access)

  • List of GelatoConnect PSPs you work with

Step 2: Request Your Account - Send this information to Gelato support. We'll reach out to your PSPs to confirm they're happy to proceed - this protects everyone's business relationships.

Step 3: You're In - Once approved, you'll receive:

  • Login credentials via email

  • Access to your personalized HQ dashboard

  • Immediate visibility into orders across all connected PSPs

What Happens Next?

1) Log in and explore your Orders dashboard - you'll see all recent orders from connected printers in one place.

2) Start using the Dispatch Overview to spot performance patterns. Which printers consistently hit deadlines? Which ones might need attention?

3) You'll wonder how you managed without it. Most brands tell us HQ becomes their go-to tool for order management

  • Prepare your team for any questions

  • Ensure the setup meets your business needs

Contact our support team to arrange your test account.
