[GCP] Setting Up Integrated Suppliers

Setting up suppliers (distribution partners) involves specific steps due to the unique integration requirements of each partner. Below is a guide on the currently supported partners and the specific actions required to connect them to your GelatoConnect account.

Key Apparel Distribution Partners

We currently support integrations with major distribution partners across the US, UK, and EU.

  • US: S&S Activewear, Sanmar

  • UK: Ralawise, Pencarrie

  • EU: L-Shop, SOL's, Ralateam, UTT

Supplier-Specific Setup Requirements

To enable these integrations, specific information must be exchanged and verified. Please follow the instructions for your specific supplier:

For US Suppliers (Sanmar, AllDayShirts and S&S Activewear), you must complete a registration form.

  • Action: Please go to GCP -> Suppliers --> Show all --> Select the supplier and enter the credentials

  • You will get success confirmation once you enter the credentails. Please follow these steps for the suppliers.

    • Sanmar - Please send an email to SanMar Integration Support - [email protected] and request them to activate the integration with Gelato. They will reply back with a few questions regarding your account. Once they activate, you would be able to start placing orders.

    • S&S - Please email [email protected] and get the API key and share on the GCP when you enter your credentials.

    • AllDayShirts - Request an All Day Shirts account at commerce.alldayshirts.com. Once that is done, forward your confirmation email to [email protected] — mention it is for Gelato orders. Use these credentials to login to the AlldayShirts account on GCP --> All suppliers --> AlldayShirts

For EU Suppliers Ralawise, Ralateam, and UTT

  • Action: Please go to GCP -> Suppliers --> Show all --> Select the supplier and enter the credentials

  • Next steps: Please share the credentials, and the team will enable these integrations for you.

For EU Suppliers SOLs and LShop

  • Action: Reach out to us via Support > Report an issue button in your Gelato Dashboard, an we will get the integration enabled from the suppliers.
