You will find the "Stocked Items" page under the Manager menu option to the left of the GelatoConnect App. This is where you can manually adjust stock for stocked items such as frames, mugs, and envelopes.

To the top of the page, screenshot above, you will be able to look an item up by the Product Name or UID. We recommend using the UID for the quickest results. When searching, ensure that your filters are set appropriately to avoid any issues.

How to adjust stock:
Once a stock order (see "Stock Order" article for more details) is delivered and confirmed, the inventory in the received stock order will be automatically added to your inventory.
If stock needs to be manually adjusted at any time, please locate the UID and select it. This will lead you to a detailed inventory page for that specific item, and you will see an "Update" button under the bolded UID. Select this, and a pop-up like in the screenshot above will appear. You will be able to add or remove items, and adjust the quantity as needed.
