You will find the "Stock Order" page under the Manager menu option to the left of the GelatoConnect App. This is where you will see the history of stock orders placed for your facility, current and past.

The page will show a snapshot of all stock orders. You can use the filters at the top of the page when looking for a specific order.
Clicking a stock order will expand order details, such as the status updates (towards the top) and quantity details by UID. At the top left-hand corner you’ll see a button that will prompt "Confirm Delivered" in blue one an order is in transit to your facility - click this once the stock order arrives and is inspected, and the inventory will be automatically added to your inventory count. (If this button is not selected, then the inventory will not be added so it’s important that you do this as soon as possible.)
What do I do if I receive damaged items?
If damaged items are received, please adjust your inventory to reflect the unusable items and email [email protected] to notify us of the discrepancy. Partner Support will then loop in the Supply Chain Team and escalate the issue if necessary. This is important in order to minimize receiving orders that cannot be fulfilled.
