Your Performance Scorecard is Here
Ever wondered which of your printers actually delivers on time? The Dispatch Overview turns gut feelings into hard data, showing you exactly which PSPs are crushing their deadlines and which ones need a conversation.
Getting to Your Performance Dashboard
Click "Dispatch" in the left navigation menu to access your performance command center.
What the Numbers Actually Tell You
Total Shipments: Useful for understanding capacity and workload distribution.
Dispatched On Time Percentage: The big one. This shows who's reliable when deadlines matter. A printer hitting 95%+ consistently? That's your go-to for rush orders. Someone stuck at 70%? Time for a chat.
Daily Performance Breakdown: Your day-by-day detective work. Spot patterns like "Mondays are always rough" or "This printer struggles during peak season."
Historical Trends: The long view. Is performance getting better or worse over time? Essential for planning future capacity.
Smart Filtering for Better Insights
Don't just look at everything at once - drill down:
Date Range: Compare last month vs. this month, or zoom in on that crazy week in December
PSP Selection: Focus on one printer's performance story
View Toggle: Switch between package-level and item-level metrics (sometimes one large order skews the numbers)
Reading the Daily Breakdown Like a Pro
For each day, you'll see three key numbers:
Shipments Due: What should have gone out
Shipped: What actually went out
Remaining: The gap (and potential problem)
A pattern of "remaining" orders on specific days often reveals capacity issues.
Turn Data Into Action
Route Smarter: Send rush orders to your most reliable performers.
Have Better Conversations: Instead of "You seem slow lately," try "Your on-time percentage dropped from 92% to 78% last month - what's happening?"
Plan for Peak Times: Historical data shows which printers handle volume spikes well and which ones buckle under pressure.
Reward Excellence: Your best performers deserve recognition (and potentially more volume).
By turning performance monitoring from guesswork into data-driven decisions, you'll build a stronger print network and keep your customers happier.
