This article walks you through connecting an Etsy shop to Store Link and setting up processing profiles.
Before you start
You have an active Etsy seller account.
Your Store Link account is set up.
Step 1 — Install the app
Open the Store Link Etsy app from your Store Link dashboard. Etsy will ask you to authorise the connection.
Step 2 — Connect the store
Approve the permissions Etsy requests. Once authorised, your Etsy shop appears in your Store Link Stores list.
Step 3 — Set up Processing Profiles
Etsy requires every listing to have a processing profile attached — this defines fulfilment timing for the shopper. Store Link surfaces processing-profile selection when you publish a product to Etsy. Choose the right profile per listing or set a default.
Step 4 — Verify the connection
Sync products to Etsy.
Place a test order from a buyer account.
Confirm the order appears in your Orders list.
Note: Etsy orders are fetched on a schedule, not pushed in real-time. Expect a short delay between an Etsy purchase and the order appearing in Store Link.
Personalisation on Etsy
Coming soon: In-app personalisation setup for Etsy is not available yet. The section below describes how it will work once it's released — you can't configure these questions in Store Link today.
Etsy uses a question-based personalisation model. Each listing will support up to 5 personalisation questions, across these types:

Dropdown | Style choices (font, layout, colour scheme) |
File upload (labelled) | Shopper-supplied artwork for a specific spot — back of card, inside of book |
File upload (unlabelled) | One or more shopper files for a single purpose |

Disconnecting and inactivity
Disconnecting: see Disconnect & reconnect a store.
Inactivity policy: Etsy stores inactive for 12+ months may be permanently deleted. Email reminders go out 2 weeks and 24 hours before deletion. Reconnect at any point before the deadline to keep the store.
