This article walks you through connecting a TikTok Shop to Store Link, publishing products, and reconnecting when access tokens expire.
Availability: The TikTok Shop app is live for the US and UK. The EU app is still pending — if your TikTok Shop is in the EU, this connection isn't available yet. We'll update this article when EU support is released.
Before you start
You have an active TikTok Shop seller account in the US or UK.
Your Store Link account is set up.
Step 1 — Install the app
Open the Store Link TikTok app from your Store Link dashboard or install it from the TikTok app marketplace.
Step 2 — Connect the store
Approve the permissions TikTok requests. Your store appears in the Store Link Stores list.
Step 3 — Publish products
Publish products from your Store Link catalog to TikTok. TikTok-specific listing quality — proper size sorting (S, M, L, XL, 2XL), clean variant labels ("Color" and "Size"), and correct product imagery — is handled automatically.
What Store Link publishes to TikTok
Field | Published |
Title, description, images | ✓ |
Variants (with proper size sorting and clean labels) | ✓ |
Cost per item | ✗ (TikTok doesn't support this field) |

Orders from TikTok
TikTok orders are fetched on a schedule, not pushed in real-time. Expect a short delay between a TikTok purchase and the order appearing in Store Link.
Reconnecting a TikTok Shop
TikTok access tokens expire periodically. When they do, Store Link automatically flags the store as needs reconnection on the store row.
To reconnect: open the store in your Stores list and click Reconnect. You'll go through the TikTok authorisation flow again, and product and order sync resumes.
