You're a Direct PSP if you sell your own branded products through your own Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Amazon, or TikTok Shop store. Orders from those stores route directly to your production. You manage the merchant relationship.

Before you start
You have an active GelatoConnect account with Store Link enabled. If not, contact your account manager.
You have admin access to at least one Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Amazon, or TikTok Shop store.
You have your logo ready.

Test your setup
Once you've connected a store and published your first product, place a small test order from the shopper side:
On your live storefront, buy your test product.
In Store Link, open the Orders section. The order should appear within a few minutes (Shopify is near real-time; Etsy, Amazon, TikTok poll on a schedule).
Confirm the order is routed to a Gelato facility for production.
Confirm tracking flows back to your store after dispatch.
